Observer Comments : Reviewer: short duration and 5 seconds later than the predicted time. Almost 3 points of occutation clearly visible in the video, checked frame by frame. Stable comparison stars. Test of AOTA for short duration events passed. Probable > 1.50 > 1.55 (Running Average 33).
