Sky conditions were far from ideal an hour prior to the predicted time however the forecast indicated that they would improve so I persevered and was lucky to have a break in the clouds at just the right time. The clouds rolled in again soon after. A pleasing early Christmas present. Interestingly, the observed duration (9.72s) was longer than the predicted maximum of 7.0s.
