Observer Comments : A 60 percent single frame drop at predicted time, therefore uncertain (Single Point Event), but in good agreement with prediction. Had to use long exposure (2 fps) due to low altitude and moon light. Analysed with PyMovie 3.9.1, AOTA and PyOTE 5.4.2.
