Observer Comments : 1.The occultation was partial with a drop of about half the magnitude predicted when the prediction was for a significant drop.
2. I started the TANGRA analysis 30 seconds before the occultation. Although I was running my video from 2minutes before cloud prevented any stars being visible until jsust before the event. Afterwards the sky remained clear.
