Observer Comments : .dat file sent to DH. A drop at about 19:07:07 across target star and guide stars was caused by a gust of wind jarring the telescope. Timestamps checked for consistency with 1PPS flash....all good. [Reviewer notes: Step in the D-event. Could just be noise? ]
