Occultation Date : 2024-11-30 Star Designation : UCAC4 581-010324 Object Designation : (3526) Jeffbell Observation Result : O+ Observer(s) : Gregor Krannich Start Observation UT1 : 00:28:00 Disappearance UT2 : 00:29:55.42 +/- 0.18 Reappearance UT3 : 00:29:56.12 +/- 0.18 End Observation UT4 : 00:32:02 Duration [sec] : 0.70 Site Name : Kaufering Country Code : DE Observation Method : VID Time Source : GPS Instrument/Optics : M350 Record last modified : 2024-12-01 11:27:18 Source / Reference : SODIS (account required) Observer Comments : Observer: "Very short vanishing of the star clearly seen live on screen". Reviewer: Visually from the whole Tangra lc, it seems to be a real event and not noise, however: 2B test not passed (1.45/1.60 "possible"). PyOTE NIE test not ideally passed (probability of 1.9e-04 of being a noise-induced-event). Mag drop only 1.3 (AOTA), 1.1 PyOTE instead 2.7 predicted. Component of double star? - but RUWE 1.0. Probably "No astrometry" (?)
