Observer Comments : Laptop clock not sync'ed to UT. Estimation of times made using predicted time (prediction +/- 0.1s) to give probable 'seconds' error, and 1PPS on-chip flash to subsequently refine. (P. Le Cam/M.Camilleri method). D and R times therefore not valid. Drop less than predicted. [ Reviewer notes: not for astrometry. ]
