Observer Comments : Laptop clock not sync'ed to UT. Corrections made using predicted time and 1PPS on-chip flash with acquisition delay calculator (P. Le Cam/M.Camilleri). Reliability of D and R times therefore very low. Drop less than predicted, full moon was 4 degrees away.
