Occultation Observation (Status: review in progress !)
Occultation Date : 2025-01-17 Star Designation : TYC 1877-01129-1 Object Designation : (88) Thisbe Observation Result : O+ Observer(s) : William Stewart Start Observation UT1 : 18:08:28 Disappearance UT2 : 18:11:21.690 +/- 0.02 Reappearance UT3 : 18:11:41.890 +/- 0.06 End Observation UT4 : 18:14:30 Duration [sec] : 20.20 Site Name : Nantwich Country Code : GB Observation Method : VID Time Source : GPS Instrument/Optics : M279 Record last modified : 2025-01-18 17:55:45 Source / Reference : SODIS (account required) Observer Comments : I recorded for 3 minutes either side of the predicted time in order to detect any possible moon - none detected. There's a hint of a step on R which in turn has led to an increased uncertainty when compared to D. Duration (20.2s) was 2.8s longer than the predicted figure of 17.4s
