Observer Comments : The camera has a rolling shutter. The DATE-OBS at the header of the fits files is not at the start of exposure but at the start of the read out (closer to end of exposure). There is also a time bias introduced again by the rolling shutter and related to the position of the pixel of the target on the frame sec.
