Occultation Observation (Status: published)
Occultation Date : 2025-02-18 Star Designation : UCAC4 530-052529 Object Designation : (1694) Kaiser Observation Result : O+ Observer(s) : Carsten Ziolek Start Observation UT1 : 22:34:37 Disappearance UT2 : 22:35:06.173 +/- 0.033 Reappearance UT3 : 22:35:07.073 +/- 0.033 End Observation UT4 : 22:35:37 Duration [sec] : 0.90 Site Name : Seewis Dorf Country Code : CH Observation Method : VID Time Source : GPS Instrument/Optics : M356 Record last modified : 2025-02-20 20:40:00 Source / Reference : SODIS (account required) Observer Comments : I have seen that the star is “large”. In other words, the light curve does not slope vertically. That's why I did an “edge-on-disk” evaluation afterwards. This then leads to slightly different D and R times, as the points with a 50% drop are not taken here, but for D the time at which the minimum is reached and for R the time at which the maximum was reached again. Hence the red light curve. The analysis can be found at the end of the log file. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
