JOA 2024, Vol. 14, No. 4, Page 36 Author(s): Alex Pratt, Oliver KloesAbstract: The 43rd European Symposium on Occultation Projects (ESOP) took place at Carl-Zeiss-Planetarium Stuttgart, Germany, during the weekend of August 24 th – 25 th and it was ahybrid event held simultaneously as an in-person meeting and an online video conference. A total of 60 delegates attended the meeting, some accompanied by family members, and 21 persons participated online, altogether representing Algeria, Australia, Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Spain, Türkiye, the United Kingdom and the USA. The science meeting was followed by social excursions on the Monday and Tuesday
